Jamie M. Fisher

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Jamie Fisher recently joined Family Piece. She holds an associate license and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings a longstanding passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discovering their capacity for meaningful growth. She works with individuals, couples, children, and families and values the opportunity to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, informed by her experiences traveling to nine countries and developing an appreciation for cross-cultural communication. Jamie draws from Logotherapy and Reality/Choice Therapy, with additional training in EMDR to expand her ability to support clients experiencing trauma. Her approach is grounded in warmth, acceptance, and genuine presence while encouraging clients to examine what is holding them back and take meaningful steps toward change. Jamie believes that people can experience greater freedom and fulfillment when they walk in truth, release what they no longer need to carry, and take ownership of becoming the best version of themselves. She strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and accepted, while also feeling empowered and positively challenged to move beyond simply “okay” and toward the life they truly desire. Outside of counseling, Jamie enjoys traveling and spending time in nature.
